**Overview:** We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Worker to join our team. As a Senior Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our senior residents in a care home setting. **Responsibilities:** - Lead and supervise a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services - Develop and implement personalized care plans for each resident, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care - Oversee medication administration following established protocols and guidelines - Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the highest level of care quality - Assist in the general upkeep of the care home to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents **Experience:** - Demonstrated leadership skills in a care home or similar setting - Proficiency in communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders - Ability to drive positive outcomes through teamwork and collaboration - Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes - Experience in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual resident needs - Prior experience supervising or mentoring junior staff members in a senior care environment Joining our team as a Senior Care Worker offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our senior residents.
