We’re looking for a skilled ICT Security Engineer to take a lead role in safeguarding our infrastructure, applications, and information, ensuring we remain secure, compliant, and resilient.
The role - What I’ll be doing
* Manage and optimise security tools including CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender, and Intune.
* Monitor, investigate, respond and remediate security alerts, vulnerabilities, and incidents
* Support patch management, vulnerability scanning, and security configuration.
* Maintain and improve firewalls, MFA, encryption, and endpoint security.
* Collaborate with ICT, risk, and compliance teams to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to security awareness and training initiatives
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in cyber security or ICT infrastructure engineering.
* Strong understanding of network security, threat detection, and incident response.
* Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR tools ideally CrowdStrike Falcon.
* Knowledge of Windows/M365 security, patching, and vulnerability management.
* Familiarity with Cyber Essentials+, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks.
* A proactive, analytical approach and the ability to explain technical risks clearly
