Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care
Location: Church Brampton, Northampton
Shifts: Day/Night shifts available
Salary: £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Harmony Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a young boy who lives at home with his family in Northampton. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own home. This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.
Responsibilities
* Deliver compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
* Support with community access and social activities
* Promote independence and dignity in all tasks
* Provide emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
* Communicate effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams
* Assist with the client’s care plan and clinical tasks as directed
Clinical and Care Tasks
* Seizure management
* Jejunostomy care
* Personal care
* Moving and handling
Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

* Experience supporting people with complex needs
* Confidence with clinical tasks (or willingness to train)
* Strong communication and reliability
