Job Title: Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
Location: Fort Lee, NJ
Pay Rate: Up to $40 per hour- up to 80k on the Permanent Side
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
100% 0n Site
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy executive and their spouse/family. This is a temp-to-perm position based in Fort Lee. The ideal candidate will be capable of working in a demanding environment and possess the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive and their family.

* Manage and coordinate all communication between domestic staff and Principals.

* Handle and manage e-mail, phone calls, and all communication between Principals and outside contacts.

* Schedule and manage medical appointments, pre-authorized procedures, and process medical claims.

* Arrange and manage extensive travel plans and social calendars.

* Perform stenography/speed writing as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous Executive Assistant experience for a busy executive and their spouse/family.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task effectively.

* Conscientious, punctual, and timely.

* Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

* Extensive experience in handling and managing travel arrangements and social calendars.

* Experience in handling medical appointments and processing medical claims.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
