Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales/Order/Customer Services Co-ordinator to join our team in Aylesford. The role involves processing customer orders, managing accounts, coordinating logistics, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and confirm customer orders accurately and promptly
* Manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
* Handle stock control and inventory updates
* Raise purchase orders and track fulfillment
* Organize transport and logistics across Europe
* Prepare export paperwork for international shipments
* Order office supplies and uniforms as needed
* Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
* Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
* Maintain records related to orders, inventory, and shipments
* Manage the sales inbox
Requirements:
* Experience in order processing, supply chain, or logistics preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Knowledge of export procedures and international shipping is a plus
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management software
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
