Faststream is recruiting for an experienced Assistant Maitre D to join an award winning and market leading premium cruise line. The client offers an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Maitre D to bring their expertise to progress and work for a highly successful cruise line focusing on fine dining and the high level of service that goes alongside this.
The role offers:

* 29:8 weeks rotation

The desired candidate will have the following:
* Shipboard experience required
* Proven experience managing a front of house restaurant operation.
* Availability to join immediately.
