School Administrator (Part-Time) - North Sheffield

Hours: 3 days per week, 8:15am - 4:15pm
Contract: Part-Time
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and organised School Administrator to join a welcoming school in North Sheffield on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy school environment and can provide high-quality support across a range of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing front-of-house reception support and welcoming visitors
Handling general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the school office
Assisting with basic finance administration
Managing communications and responding to enquiries
Supporting the maintenance and updating of school records and systemsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous administration experience, ideally within a school setting
Experience of reception and customer-facing duties
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office and school management systems
Experience with Arbor is desirable
Experience maintaining and updating websites would be advantageousBenefits:
