The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships and expanding our customer base. Experience
* prospect for new business opportunities via multiple channels including your own network
* driving new business development by identifying, qualifying and closing new leads.
* accountable for building a pipeline and demonstrating the activity you are completing to close deals.
* scheduling demos with potential customers and onboarding managers.
* collaborating with the marketing team to feed into campaigns, generate leads and create tools to help you secure opportunities at speed.
* become an expert in BaseLinkers overall value proposition, products and services
* maintain accurate customer activity and pipeline reports within a CRM database
* attending leading industry ecommerce and networking events
Tasks
* proven track record of achieving sales targets and new business sales.
* highly experienced in delivering against business development plans and roadmaps
* excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
* minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales and business development.
* exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: A strong negotiator with confidence in closing business deals.
* strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and related technologies.
* self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
* proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
* ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.
