Job Description
About So Incredible
We are So Incredible. A Creator Talent Management Agency and a Content & Event Production Studio. We live at the intersection of creator culture, brand storytelling and creative formats, helping the UK’s top talent and global brands break through the noise.
From long-form YouTube formats produced in our own studio to live events, we don’t just "manage" talent, we develop and build careers. If it’s purpose-driven, innovative, and a little bit outside the box, we’re involved. We’re small, fast-moving, and obsessed with breaking things, pushing boundaries and creating formats people actually want to watch and experience.
Job Overview
As our Content & Event Producer, you’ll be the driving force behind everything we build. This is a full-time, on-site role in London for a passionate/creative conductor who can balance a budget and a call sheet without breaking a sweat.
You will manage projects from start to production: from the initial creative concept and pitch through to final shoot/event day and wash-ups. You’ll produce social-first digital content (from ambitious, long-form series and original formats to premium, high-impact content for all social platforms) and live events (from high-energy shows to panel events) while keeping production lean, fast, and creatively sharp.
We’re a boutique agency; you won’t get lost in the machine. You’ll have a direct impact on our growth and a clear path for your own!
Qualifications
* Experience: 3+ years in social/digital content or creative production. You’ve been in the trenches and have the portfolio to prove it.
* Format Fluent: Deep knowledge of UK platform behavior across YouTube, TikTok, and Meta.
* Production Pro: Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion. You’re as comfortable on a video set as you are on an event floor.
* The "Details" Person: Highly organized with serious production discipline; managing logistics and budgets is light work for you.
* Stakeholder Savvy: Confident working cross-functionally with talent, global brands, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

* Agile Production: Lead shoots and event builds that are lightweight, efficient, and optimized for speed and performance.
Production & Logistics Management
* The Engine Room: Own the logistics for every project, including scheduling, call sheets, talent bookings, travel, and on-site/on-set management.
* Workflow & Crew: Manage editors and freelance crews while building repeatable workflows that allow us to scale our output.
* Quality Control: Oversee the post-production and wrap process to ensure every deliverable hits brand guidelines and our "So Incredible" standards.
Budgeting & Stakeholders
* Financial Discipline: Own project budgets from forecast to final spend, making smart decisions that balance creative ambition with ROI.
* Client Lead: Serve as the main point of contact for brands and talent, managing expectations and protecting project scope while maintaining strong relationships.
