YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will leverage your industry and operational experience to:
* Work with clients, understand their challenges, and develop solutions
* Build business cases
* Conduct analysis
You will also have opportunities for personal growth through activities such as:
* Business Development – Leading proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, and hosting at events
* Internal Contribution – Campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development, and team activities
* Learning & Development – Training, certifications, and skill enhancement
YOUR PROFILE
You will have:
* Deep understanding of Aerospace & Defence manufacturing industry processes and operations
* An engineering background (e.g., Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering)
* Knowledge of lean processes, business case development, and data analysis
* Familiarity with operational technology and business technologies (e.g., SAP, Data & AI, PLM, Cloud)
* Experience in industry transformation projects
Optional:
* Current experience in aerospace and defence manufacturing or consulting, with success in matrix organizations
Applicants must be UK British nationals (single nationality) and meet UK security clearance requirements, including limited travel outside the UK in the past 5 years.
