Responsibilities of the QA Manager:
As Quality Assurance Manager, you will take ownership of the Quality Assurance function, leading a team of 6 QA Engineers and driving compliance, performance, and continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager:
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 6 QA Engineers
* Managing and improving the Quality Management System in line with AS9100 / AS9001 standards
* Acting as the primary quality interface for key aerospace customers, including Airbus and Safran
* Leading internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, right-first-time, and operational excellence
Requirements of the Quality Assurance Manager:
* Strong experience in aerospace quality assurance
* In-depth knowledge of AS9100 / AS9001 standards
* Proven leadership experience managing QA or Quality Engineering teams
* Experience working with major aerospace OEMs or Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers
