Job Title: Sewing Machinist
We are looking for an experienced Sewing Machinist to join an aspiring and professional company based on the outskirts of Huddersfield. We require a part-time or full-time Sewing Machinist.
Responsibilities:
* Producing all aspects of shirts.
* Utilizing flatbed, overlocking, and twin needle sewing techniques.
* Good hand sewing and machine skills are required.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong work ethic.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate and follow instructions both verbally and in written English.
* Previous experience of making curtains (minimum 1 year) is essential.
Additional Details:
This is a permanent position.
Hours of work: flexible between 07:00 – 17:00.
Rate of pay: £8 - £10 per hour depending on experience.
