Salary, Benefits and Working hours
- £40,000 - £42,000
- 37.5 hours per week: 8:00am - 5:00pm Mon to Wed, 4:30pm finish on Thursday and a 12:00pm finish on Friday's
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Role Overview
An experienced CMM Programmer is required to join the company's Inspection Laboratory, supporting a growing engineering organisation with ambitious long‑term plans. You'll play a key role in ensuring that components, sub‑assemblies and completed products meet defined quality standards before progressing through production and into the hands of customers.

CMM Programmer Essential Experience, Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience as a CMM Programmer (Mitutoyo, MCOSMOS experience desired, but any other proven CMM Programming experience will be considered)
- Previous experience in an inspection or quality‑related role (essential)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Familiarity with First Article Inspection (FAI) processes
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical, well‑organised approach to work
CMM Programmer Key Responsibilities - but not limited to
- Inspecting incoming components and sub‑assemblies within the goods inwards function
- Carrying out physical audits of fully assembled kit prior to customer shipment
- Inspecting individual parts and assemblies in line with engineering drawings
- Performing First Article Inspections (FAI) to meet quality and compliance requirements
- Accurately completing inspection records and associated documentation
- Carrying out all inspection activities on-site within the company's facilities
