We are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator who is passionate about creating an inspiring place to work. This is a key role in our business and will give you the opportunity to work with our product teams, finding out their needs, and providing a high level of service to support them with delivering their work.

What you will be responsible for Providing administrative and office support for the Office Manager Being our front-of-house: the first point of call for general enquiries, phone calls and emails and ensuring all contacts are handled professionally and accurately Opening the office every day so that people who choose to start work at 9am in the office can do so Facilities management for our office including looking after the office utilities, meeting rooms, kitchen, and suppliers. Playing a key role in contributing to the culture of the office-based workplace Support Office Manager in creating engaging, entertaining and enjoyable events to celebrate occasions through the year; making our people feel special, recognised, rewarded. Be the go-to person for most things relating to the office environment, and work in partnership with other roles for more specialist responsibilities like people, finance and technology.
Assisting the Office Manager to ensure that our office is safe and secure for everyone and everything in it e.g Health and Safety, CCTV, Fire and Electrical Safety.
