This could include: Supporting whole-class learning Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis Helping to keep pupils engaged and motivated Assisting teachers with daily classroom activitiesSome roles may also involve supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND, offering a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in different settings.
