Security Team Leader
On site - Cheltenham £44,000 per annum + Benefits
Full-Time | Permanent | 48 hours per week (12-hour shifts)

We are seeking an experienced Security Team Leader to oversee on-site security operations across asylum accommodation properties in Cheltenham.
Reporting to the Regional Security Manager, you will supervise and support a team of Security Officers, ensuring the safety of service users, staff, and assets while maintaining full compliance with AASC Schedule 2 and Home Office standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily duties of Security Officers
* Ensure full site security coverage and respond to escalated incidents
* Oversee incident reporting and High Priority Notifications (HPNs)
* Conduct site inspections and compliance checks
* Support safeguarding processes for vulnerable individuals
* Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training
* Maintain accurate records and ensure health & safety compliance
Requirements
* Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision)
* Experience in front-line security
* Supervisory or team leadership experience desirable
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
