Duties/Key Responsibilities
* Assist with overall administrative support in the office and provide a link between employees to ensure the efficiency of operation within the business on a day to day basis
* Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign planning, coordinate promotional activities, and assist in the preparation of marketing materials and reports.
* Assist with the management of the website, which may including sales from the website if required
* Organise paperwork and filing systems
* Support basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, expense tracking, budget monitoring, and preparing reports.
* Assist in updating customer databases and respond to basic
* Support coordination of internal and external events, including logistics, communication, and follow-up tasks.
* Effectively use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to support daily administrative tasks.
* Any other reasonable task as requested by management.

Pay: £12,698.40-£25,396.80 per year
