This is a great opportunity for a recently qualified accountant looking to step into a commercially focused industry role, gaining broad exposure across management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering within a hands‑on environment.

About You
* Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or exam qualified
* Recently trained in practice or industry
* Strong understanding of management accounting and financial reporting
* Experience with month‑end processes, reporting and reconciliations
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across departments
About Your New Role
Always:
* Prepare monthly management accounts and key financial reports
* Complete balance sheet reconciliations and ensure integrity of financial data
* Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
* Deliver accurate reporting to support business decision‑making
* Maintain strong financial controls and reporting standards
Often:
* Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Carry out variance analysis and provide commentary on performance
* Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight
* Assist with improvements to reporting processes and controls
* Support VAT and other compliance‑related reporting requirements
Occasionally:
* Assist with statutory reporting requirements where needed
* Contribute to system and process improvements, including ERP developments
* Support external audits and information requests
* Assist with ad‑hoc financial analysis and project work
* Build strong working relationships across the wider business
