Role - Support worker - Learning Disabilities and Autism Respite service
Hours - 3pm - 8pm Monday to Friday ( 25 hours per week) Please note we cannot accommodate those on 20 hour visa's for this position

About the service: Short Breaks is a 6 bed respite service providing person centred care to adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder. We support individuals during their stay with all aspects of daily living including personal care, medication, and outings.
