About the Role You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a major commercial build with a project value exceeding €5 million. From groundworks through to completion, you’ll ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead all site operations with accountability for project delivery. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team. Drive quality and safety standards across all stages of the build. Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient progress. Resolve issues proactively while maintaining strong client relationships. Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to site teams. What You Need 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor. Proven background delivering high-value commercial builds. Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and HSEQ standards. Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
