What You’ll Do:
* Motivate and support your team while learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks effectively.
* Create an environment where your colleagues can thrive alongside you.
* Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
* Deliver the best customer experience every time they visit your store.

* Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team.
* Patience and a friendly demeanor, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
