Role Responsibility This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Kent County Council, Country Parks team who provide leisure, educational, events, venue hire and café services across 9 Country Parks in Kent. Country Parks are looking for Catering Assistants to work at their country park cafes at Shorne Woods Country Park and Lullingstone Country Park We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an interest in customer service and catering There are various contracts on offer including but not limited to: Shorne Woods Country Park Monday 12 – 4 April to October Friday 12 – 4 – April to October Lullingstone Country Park Wednesday 11 – 2 – April to July with the possibility of extending to end of August Saturday and Sunday 11 – 3 April – October You will be expected to hold Level 1 or 2 Food Safety certificate. The individual needs to be organised with strong customer service skills to ensure that visitors to the parks receive a quality café experience. You will report to the Catering Services Manager who is responsible for the four Country Park café sites. A job share will be considered for some of these contracts.
