As a People Experience Business Partner, you will be a champion for our people, playing a central role in shaping and enhancing the end-to-end colleague journey. You’ll support the development of strategies that amplify the voice of our colleagues, drive engagement, while building a culture of wellbeing, recognition and connection. Crucially, this role is insight and data led. You’ll use qualitative and quantitative data to deeply understand the colleague experience, inform priorities, influence stakeholders and track the effectiveness of initiatives over time. Your ability to connect colleague sentiment with business performance will be essential to your success in this role. About You This role sits within a highly collaborative People & Culture team that works closely across all functions of the business and, as such, will contribute to a team environment built on shared learning, mutual support and open communication. We are looking for someone who has: A strong understanding of how to use data and colleague insight to inform decision-making, identify trends and drive improvements across the colleague experience Confidence in working with both qualitative and quantitative data, including engagement survey results, pulse feedback and focus group insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels A collaborative and flexible working style, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively across teams A hands-on, practical approach to delivering initiatives, combined with the ability to think strategically and contribute to long-term planning A high level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to listen actively, empathise, and respond thoughtfully to colleague needs and feedback A positive, proactive mindset with a genuine passion for improving the colleague experience and creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture
