At Business Show Media, we produce some of the UK's and USA's most high-profile business events. As our presence in the US expands, we're looking for energetic, driven individuals to support our outreach and lead generation efforts.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take their first or next step into international B2B sales and business development.
The Role:
* Identifying new business prospects across a range of industries in the United States
* Initiating outbound contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our events
* Qualifying and nurturing leads for our sales and partnerships team
* Managing and tracking your pipeline using CRM systems
* Playing a key part in the growth of our US event portfolio
* Working from our central Bristol office, Monday–Friday, 12pm–9pm (to align with US time zones)
What's on Offer:
* £25,000–£29,000 base salary, depending on experience
* Uncapped commission structure with OTE of £55,000+ in Year 1

What We're Looking For:
* A confident communicator who enjoys building new relationships

* A recent graduate or someone with experience in lead generation, business outreach, or a customer-facing role
* A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in business, entrepreneurship, and live events
* Comfortable working later hours (12pm–9pm) to match US working hours
