Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in various care settings such as assisted living, nursing homes, or home care.
Duties
- Provide personal care and support to individuals requiring assistance
- Administer medication following proper protocols
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding
Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experiences:
- Previous experience in a care-related role
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques
- Ability to drive to different locations as needed
