The Role
* Manage your own caseload of Claimant Personal Injury matters including RTA, EL and PL claims
* Handle both pre-litigated and litigated cases
* Attend court hearings and client meetings where required
* Liaise with barristers, medical experts and other professionals
* Prepare legal documents, briefs, schedules and instructions
* Value claims and negotiate settlements
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Personal Injury role
* Proven experience handling high-value claims with a strong billing history
* Knowledge of Conditional Fee Agreements and the MOJ portal
* Experience with litigated and pre-litigated cases
* Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills
* Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
* Good IT skills and the ability to work in a target-driven environment
