The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will have a varied and progressive position. Initially, you will integrate into the business and assist with existing local client commitments, then develop your role by identifying new customers and ultimately account managing as these grow in staffing requirements.
You will have the support of the local branch and national resourcing team to help fulfill the requirements of new clients and existing accounts. The goal is to develop your skills to include client account management as customer demands expand in volume and skills requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Taking new bookings from clients and liaising with relevant departments
* Generating new sales leads
* Booking client visits to discuss AM2PM products and services
* CV searching, booking interviews, and conducting interviews
* Managing your database daily with activity, including references
* Ensuring inductions, paperwork, and administration are compliant
* Following REC guidelines, AWR, and Home Office regulations
* Utilising the company CRM to track progress and capture activities
* Normal working hours are 8.00 am – 5.00 pm, with some flexibility as needed
* A full driving license and own transport are essential
