Your new role
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Property team, you will:
1. Build and manage your own portfolio of clients within the London property market
2. Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
3. Source, assess, and place high-quality candidates in permanent roles.
4. Manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial brief to offer stage
5. Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
6. Stay informed on market trends within the property sector
7. Work towards and exceed individual and team targets
This is a 360 recruitment role,bining business development, account management, and candidate delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for driven, resilient individuals with a passion for sales and relationship-building. You will ideally have:
8. Previous recruitment or sales experience (property sector experience desirable but not essential)
