Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Learning & Development Coordinator to support the Learning & Talent Development Manager in implementing various L&D initiatives, systems, and processes aligned with GPT’s strategy. This role offers an opportunity for an organized HR administrator with strong project management skills to transition into a specialized L&D position within a collaborative People Team.
Responsibilities:
1. Organize and track the scheduling and delivery of learning activities across the Group.
2. Build relationships within client businesses and advise on learning opportunities.
3. Manage the learning management system (LMS) and assist with LMS upgrades and implementation.
4. Respond to L&D queries from stakeholders professionally and promptly.
5. Coordinate with external providers for courses, programs, and events.
6. Conduct data analysis and reporting for compliance, risk, sustainability, and other requirements.
7. Develop internal processes for efficient L&D activities.
Ideal Candidate:
A well-organized HR or L&D administrator with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle confidential information. Strong systems and Excel skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and initiative are essential.
