Job Description
As a Sales Administrator you will:
3. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional service and resolving issues effectively.
5. Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
6. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by the sales team and management.
7. Coordinate with other departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Sales Administrator will have:
8. Previous experience in a sales administration role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
10. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
