What Will You Be Responsible For?
As the Large Enterprise & Acquisition Sales Manager, you’ll be at the helm of a critical business segment. Your mission? Drive results, inspire your team, and build lasting customer relationships. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
1. Lead and coach a high-performing sales team using a solution-led methodology.
2. Manage and grow relationships with senior executives across enterprise clients and channel partners.
3. Drive strategic account planning, pipeline development, and lead generation in collaboration with marketing.
4. Facilitate complex negotiations and close high-value deals with precision.
5. Own demand planning, forecasting, and reporting aligned with Lenovo’s planning cycles.
6. Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business forecasts and performance updates.
7. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets across revenue, profit, volume, and market share.
8. Champion Lenovo’s enterprise strategy by aligning team efforts with broader business goals.
What Do You Need to Succeed?
You bring a unique blend of leadership, strategic insight, and operational excellence. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
9. Proven experience in sales management within a large enterprise environment from the IT industry.
10. Strong understanding of sales processes, especially in net-new customer acquisition.
11. Understanding of key macro market trends and have experience of digital transformation strategies within large organisations
12. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
13. Ability to analyze complex situations, anticipate trends, and develop creative solutions.
14. A track record of coaching and developing teams to exceed performance goals.
15. Passion for fostering a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
16. Strategic mindset with the agility to adapt and lead in a matrixed organization.
