A Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will be expected to teach and cover classes in teacher's absences using their planning to continue students learning without disruption. The senior leadership team are supportive and hands-on to support their students and ensure the utmost development in order to grow and thrive. Within this role, you may be asked to carry out intervention tasks to support students lacking confidence as well as assisting students who need additional support with their learning.
