The Role:
As aPaediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide hands-on support to children and their families while designing personalised care plans. You will work closely with a team of carers, offering training and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective care.
What Were Looking For:
* Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN)with at least6 months UK experienceand an activeNMC PIN
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills tosupport and develop a team
* Up-to-date experience intracheostomy care and ventilators(within the last 2 years)
* Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skillsto liaise with families and healthcare teams
* Band 5 / Band 6 Nurseswith proven leadership experience are welcome to apply
* Full UK Driving Licence(desirable but not essential)
Key Responsibilities:
* Developtailored care plansto meet individual client needs
* Oversee and support a team of carers, ensuring highclinical standards
* Provideongoing monitoring, assessments, and interventions
* Work closely withMDTs, CHC nurses, and CCG commissionersto maintain bespoke care packages
* Build strong relationships with children and their families
