Business Development Executive – Software & SaaS Solutions
Christchurch, Dorset (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
Up to £37,000 basic + OTE

The Role:
Working closely with the Head of Sales and wider commercial team, you'll help drive new business by identifying and qualifying opportunities in the mid-market and enterprise space.
Key responsibilities:
* Generate leads via outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns
* Qualify inbound leads from marketing, partners, and technical teams
* Book appointments and demos for Account Managers
* Build prospect lists by sector and use LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Attend events, online groups, and occasional partner site visits
* Support reseller relationships and campaign execution
* Maintain accurate CRM data and support pipeline forecasting
* Keep up to date with trends in SaaS, secure file transfer, compliance & automation
What You’ll Bring:
* 1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in a IT/SaaS/Software/IT environment?
* A hunter mentality – self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident
* Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
* CRM and lead management experience (Sales Navigator is a plus)
* A genuine interest in software, cloud technology, and IT solutions
* Team player with a proactive and resilient approach
