Complaint Handler
Location: Belper, Derbyshire (On Site working)
Hours: Full-time, 39.5 hours per week
Salary: £28,479 + £1,500 annual bonus
Brook Street is working with a leading contact centre in Derbyshire to recruit experienced Complaint Handlers to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of customer complaints, ensuring successful resolutions and positive outcomes.
* Investigate cases thoroughly using root-cause analysis, collaborating with internal departments to gather all necessary information.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and social media complaints-prioritising responses effectively while maintaining full case ownership.
* Provide clear, professional written communication and regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in complaint management or resolution.
* GCSE grade 4/C in English and Maths (or equivalent) is essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
