Job Description: In House Legal Counsel-International organisation- Tech/Telco
Our client is looking for a lawyer or contracts specialist to manage customer, vendor, and business partner contracts. The position reports to a Senior stakeholder and General Counsel.

The candidate must work well with people at all levels, across multiple companies, and in various countries worldwide.
This is a borderless role involving regular collaboration with colleagues and customers globally.

The position is primarily remote, with occasional attendance at meetings in local and international locations.
What we are looking for
Significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts.
Qualified Lawyer (Common Law Jurisdiction) with 3+ years PQE.
The successful candidate must possess:
Extensive experience advising and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
Experience with international contracts or contracts governed by foreign laws.
Strong negotiation skills, especially with high-value contracts.
Experience working within or with a software or IT company (Essential)
Experience with software licensing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS contracts (Essential)
Proven ability to produce and present reports to diverse audiences.
Knowledge of global data protection laws, including EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend meetings.
This role is based in the UK and is remote.
