We're now looking for a Night Care Team Leader to join our team and help deliver the same outstanding experience through the night as we do during the day. This is not just a night shift job. Lead and inspire teams to deliver care that exceeds expectations

Your skills

Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
:
Experience in dementia, mental health, and elderly care
:
Proven ability to lead teams with confidence and inspire high performance
:
Knowledge of care legislation, compliance, and audit processes
:
Expertise in creating and maintaining truly person:centred care plans
:
Exceptional communication skills and an unwavering commitment to excellence
