JOB ROLE 1
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Salary: £50,000

About the Role
We are partnering with two leading Lloyd’s Brokers, both seeking experienced IBA Accounts Technicians to join their growing finance teams.
These roles offer the opportunity to work within dynamic, forward-thinking global organisations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client and market transactions, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and efficient fiduciary accounting processes in line with regulatory requirements.
* Process and allocate client premiums, claims receipts, and market settlements accurately and promptly.
* Perform reconciliations of IBA accounts, ensuring all receipts and disbursements are correctly allocated.
* Monitor and manage unallocated cash, aged debt, funding, payable credits, and doubtful brokerage.
* Prepare management information and ad-hoc reports on key metrics and balances.
* Liaise with clients, underwriters, and internal business units to resolve financial queries.
* Support the IBA team with credit control procedures and assist in clearing unmatched cash.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide cover or support across the IBA function as required.
Key Skills & Experience
* Two years’ + experience in a similar IBA or fiduciary accounting role within the London Insurance Market
* Strong understanding of (Re)insurance processes and client money regulations
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Sequel Eclipse Broking or OpenTwins systems advantageous
* Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
* Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player with a solutions-driven mindset
