Salary: £31,770 per annum (plus ILW, if residing & working in London)
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Fixed term contract (9-month maternity cover, with potential 3-month extension)

As Business Support Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Community Education workshops run smoothly and meet the needs of those we serve. You'll lead a small team and work closely with volunteers, internal departments, and external partners to deliver high-quality customer service. From analysing feedback and improving booking processes to managing relationships and reporting on performance, your work will help shape a positive experience for every participant. You'll be the central point of contact for enquiries, championing continuous improvement and ensuring our services reflect the values of the British Red Cross. This is a dynamic and inclusive role where collaboration, insight, and leadership come together to make a real difference.
