We are seeking an experienced Global Service Delivery Manager to lead and evolve our Global Service Desk function. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll manage a team delivering exceptional service across multiple regions, ensuring performance meets agreed SLAs and aligns with business priorities.

Lead & Develop a global team of Service Delivery Engineers, driving performance and succession planning.
Own Service Delivery : Act as the senior escalation point for IT issues and ensure first-time resolution.
Optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and support business growth.
Establish KPIs, track performance, and deliver actionable insights.
Support Projects : Oversee office setups, relocations, and technology deployments.
Proven experience managing global IT support teams in a corporate environment .
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Dynamics 365 CRM .
Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification preferred).
This role requires flexibility to work 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM UK time to support global operations across multiple time zones.
