The role
We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team at our registered care home in Ryde, Isle of Wight, as a Learning Disability Worker. This is a full-time, permanent position on a rota basis, including weekends and sleep-ins. Please note, this is a part-time role, offering 30 hours per week.
In this role, you'll work directly with residents, supporting their independence and community involvement, playing a vital role in their daily lives. This position offers rewarding experiences and the opportunity to make a positive impact.
