About this Role
As a Branch Manager within Dawsongroup Truck and Trailer, you will lead a local branch operation, balancing customer service, commercial performance, and operational excellence. This Branch Manager role, sometimes described as a Depot Manager or Rental Operations Manager, is central to delivering a best-in-class truck and trailer hire service while growing revenue and protecting our assets.
* Take full responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the branch, including revenue delivery and fleet utilisation.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through handovers, reviews, and ongoing service conversations.
* Lead branch operations in line with legal, regulatory, and company standards, with a strong focus on health and safety.
* Forecast, track, and report on branch performance, ensuring visibility of risks and opportunities.
* Represent Dawsongroup professionally with customers, suppliers, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
