We're supporting a growing UK business on the search for a Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in the evolution of their bespoke CRM platform.

Working directly with the Founder and wider business teams, you'll be responsible for developing new CRM functionality, automating manual processes and removing operational bottlenecks that impact the business day-to-day.
What You'll Be Doing
* Developing and extending a bespoke CRM platform built in PHP
* Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
* Building solutions across areas such as stock management, job scheduling and workflow automation
* Delivering clean, maintainable and user-friendly functionality
* Documenting systems and processes to support future growth and acquisitions
* Identifying opportunities to leverage automation and AI-driven capabilities
* PHP 8+
* Symfony
* MySQL
* Tailwind CSS

* Strong PHP engineering experience with Symfony
* Comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders and understanding business requirements
