Position – Marketing Executive – Children’s Care & Education Services
💰 Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (DOE)
📍 Location: Hybrid role, based near Leeds (office attendance once a week)
🕒 Contract Type: Permanent, full-time (Monday to Friday)

Key responsibilities include:
6. Managing website updates, case studies, and news stories
7. Designing and scheduling social media content (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
8. Supporting internal communications and employee engagement content
9. Producing marketing collateral such as brochures, service profiles, and videos
10. Coordinating marketing activities for new service openings and events
11. Managing email newsletters and CRM updates
12. Partnering with HR and Recruitment teams on employer branding campaigns
13. Identifying event and networking opportunities to promote the organisation
14. Supporting the annual staff conference and awards event
15. Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity
What you’ll bring:
16. Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field
17. 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within care, education, or people-focused sectors
18. Strong content creation, writing, and digital marketing skills
19. Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar platforms
20. Excellent organisation, creativity, and attention to detail
21. A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
22. Willingness to travel for service visits and events
Desirable:
23. Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud
24. Video or photography skills
25. Awareness of AI tools for marketing and content efficiency
