As part of our Corporate Affairs team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our Retail division engages with its employees. If you’re passionate about storytelling, strategic thinking, and creating meaningful employee experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

* Supporting the development and delivery of a global employee communications strategy for Retail
* Curating and creating engaging content across newsletters, articles, videos and events
* Designing and delivering hybrid and virtual Town Halls and evaluating their impact
* Partnering with senior leaders to shape and execute communications plans
* Defining and implementing change communications that support transformation goals
* Collaborating across Corporate Affairs to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
* Enhancing planning, measurement and editorial processes within the communications function
* Ensuring all communications meet regulatory standards and support good customer outcomes

Qualifications


Who we’re looking for:

* Significant experience in employee and change communications within complex organisations
* Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
* Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities under pressure
* Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing at a strategic level
* Knowledge of internal event design and delivery, including virtual formats
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
* Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and commitment to clear, fair communication
