The Executive Head Teacher is after an ambitious individual who has had previous experience as a Head of Science and is now looking for a step up.
Initially your core focus shall be the Science Department, setting clear goals for the Department, and working alongside the current team to drive further high standards. After this has been achieved, the role of an Assistant Principal shall change, and you will be given more "whole School" focuses.
You will have a reduced teaching timetable - giving you amble amount of time to lead and have impact throughout the department.

* Reviewing and realigning current Science goals

* Working alongside SLT & Trust Leads
* L4 - L13 (£58,500 - £79,450)

PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Must hold QTS
* Evidence of continuous improvement overtime
* Previous experience as a Leader within Science
* Experience with working with external agencies
* Experience in mentoring / guiding colleagues to success
* Ability to teach up to A Level
* Knowledge & understanding SEN / inclusion
* Ability to coordinate & lead a large team
* Must have a commitment to safeguarding
