The Role
You will be central to our client relationships. Enabling, either directly or with specialists the delivery of tax compliance, reporting and advisory services.
You will work closely with Partners and Directors on technically complex matters, delivering clear, commercially focused advice to clients.

The Person
1. Lead and manage advisory and compliance engagements for UK and cross-border clients
2. Coordinate with specialists, overseas member firms and external advisers to deliver integrated solutions
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, building your external network and identifying opportunities
4. Manage engagement quality, risk processes and financial performance
5. Support resourcing and contribute to team operations
6. Coach, mentor and develop junior team members
7. Actively participate in business development initiatives
8. Be a visible role model for KPMG’s values and collaborative culture
9. CTA, ACA, CA (or equivalent) qualified
10. Technically strong in UK corporation tax, with broader tax and accounting awareness
11. Commercially minded, analytical and curious
12. Confident managing multiple clients and projects
13. Skilled at building relationships and communicating clearly
14. Comfortable identifying and managing risk
15. Motivated to develop others and contribute to team growth
16. Committed to continuous professional and technical development
