The Blakeney is a 64 bedroomed, 4 star, privately and family run hotel on the Quayside of Blakeney. Awarded 2 AA rosettes for its high standard of cuisine and service. The successful candidate will be joining a busy and friendly team, led by the Head Chef.
Chef role:
Working with a great team to prepare, cook and present an exceptionally high standard of food in line with standards
Ensure a safe yet effective food operation, in compliance with set out health & safety and food hygiene standards.
Experience / Skills of the Chef
Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment would be beneficial,
Food hygiene certification is preferred. You will require good knowledge of food hygiene standards.
Have a flexible, professional and friendly manner.
Good organisation and efficiency skills
Working Hours:
Full-time covering lunch and dinner. Includes evenings and weekends on a rota basis. A mix of straight and split shifts, can be flexible
Job Type: Permanent or Temporary. Live in accommodation while on shift may be available on application.
