Service Advisor – Full Time & Permanent
Location: Corby (NN18)
Salary: £32,000 + Bonus (Realistic OTE £40,000)
Hours: 45 hours per week
Schedule:
* Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
* Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm

About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team at their Corby dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and proven experience within a dealership environment. You’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop, ensuring each customer receives exceptional service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
* Greeting customers and providing an excellent service experience
* Booking vehicles in for service and repair work
* Communicating with the workshop team regarding job progress
* Preparing customer invoices and explaining work carried out
* Upselling additional products, services, and maintenance plans
* Handling customer queries and keeping customers informed
* Ensuring all admin and compliance processes are completed accurately

* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Professional, customer‑focused approach
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Confident using dealership systems and service software
