You will need to have a positive mindset, combined with resilience and determination to improve outcomes. You will need to be highly organised, pro-active, versatile and resilient. Knowledge and experience of working with pupils with SEND is desirable particularly expertise in supporting pupils diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Condition.
You will be flexible, patient, hardworking and committed to maximising learning opportunities for children. Experience of working with medical or emotional needs would be desirable.
We are looking for someone who can inspire children and colleagues and who is willing to ‘go the extra mile’.

Previous experience is an advantage.
